Eiffel Tower Opening Hours – When is the Best Time to Visit the Eiffel Tower?
You wouldn’t plan your trip to Paris without knowing what the Eiffel Tower opening hours are, would you? Luckily, the Eiffel Tower has no day off. It is open for visitors all year round.
Of course, the best time to visit the Eiffel Tower is late spring to early autumn. I love to visit the Eiffel Tower in a crisp morning in May, then take the sun seated on a chair in the cafe on the first platform. There’s a fantastic view of Champ de Mars and Montparnasse Tower.
At this time of the year, though, the Eiffel Tower is pretty much overcrowded, and is often closed for congestion. If you visit Paris in this time frame, try to get to the tower early in the morning, or late in the evening to avoid big queues.
Another useful tip is to visit the Eiffel Tower during weekdays rather than weekends. There are less people visiting the tower during weekdays, so you can save more time to enjoy the Eiffel Tower or spend it visiting another Paris attraction.
But hey, all that said, anytime is good to visit the Eiffel Tower. Just have in mind that the Eiffel Tower opening hours vary according to the time of the year.
